• All prices listed on the website are in INR unless specified otherwise.

• We reserve the right to revise prices at any time.

• Payments must be made through the accepted payment methods displayed on the Site.

• For custom or made-to-order products, advance payments or full payments may be required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout; actual timelines may vary due to location, logistics partners, or unforeseen delays.

• For international orders, customs duties or taxes (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or natural causes.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, returns or exchanges may be limited and governed by our Return/Refund Policy.

• No cancellation is allowed once the product has been shipped or custom production has begun.

• Damaged products on arrival must be reported within 24–48 hours with unboxing photos/videos.
