• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on design and craftsmanship.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
• We ship across India through trusted delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, Amazon or other premium couriers.
• Standard delivery time is 3–9 business days, depending on location.
• Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take longer.
3. International Shipping
• We offer worldwide delivery via DHL, FedEx, or other reliable international carriers.
• Delivery timelines vary by country and typically range from 7–30 business days.
• Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (if any) must be paid by the customer.
4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Final shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
• For high-value or fragile items (like marble idols), special packaging or wooden crates may incur additional charges.
5. Packaging & Safety
To ensure the product reaches you safely:
• All fragile items are packed in multiple protective layers, including bubble wrap, foam, and corrugated/wooden/iron boxes.
• For large or delicate idols, custom wooden crate packaging is used.
• We record packing videos for quality and safety proof.
6. Tracking Your Order
• Once shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp/SMS containing the tracking number and courier details.
• Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect in the courier system.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, strikes, or natural events.
• In cases of lost shipments, we will raise an investigation with the courier company. Replacement or refund will be processed only after their official confirmation.
8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for:
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
• Unavailable recipients
• Missed courier attempts
If the shipment is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.
9. Damage During Transit
• If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Mandatory: share clear unboxing video + photos for verification.
• Once validated, we will offer replacement or repair as per our policy.
